Saraid is a dynamic and passionate practitioner of positive psychology informed approaches to build strong, resilient, healthy and high-performing schools. She is committed to positive education and its emphasis on harnessing a strengths based approach to teaching and learning. Saraid holds two Masters degrees from the University of Melbourne; the most recent in Applied Positive Psychology. She has over 20 years of experience in education across sectors as well as departmental policy and resource development.
